I, Faringar Talin, formally submit a claim for an independent holding.



I am claiming this plot of land in the name of the Enclave founded by my great grandfather. Should this request be approved, the lands will formally be know as the Enclave Territory of Sothis. My long term plans are the construction of a grand international port, a hub for travel and trade throughout Hermertia with ships providing travel to every major city in one single place.

The Talin Trade Company (And its subsidiary's) will also fine its home here, providing jobs and economic stability for the young holding.

Might consider making this a little less large to begin with as consistent with other initial realm claims, that is a fairly large area considering the Large Biomes size. Although I am happy with the location, no nearby territories to compete with.

Want to try to reduce it by about half and you can claim more as you go and expand?

I would love to set up a botanical area with you in that flower forest area. They hold a special significance to my people and having access to such an untouched area would be a boon like no other.
