It pains me to hear of Liam Raymonds death. I can recall the first time we met on the fog filled dock at Concordia as though it were yesterday. As my vassal he very quickly became a trusted confidant and friend, without whom I could not have built Wychwood into the International hub it now is. I shall miss him dearly.
Though I have not seen Arthur since he was a toddler, I have faith he will be a capable leader.
