Ealdorman Mark Accynnafon II has issued a Halig Sccipun:

Vessels and individuals from the GRHH are no longer permitted access to Östron ports, trade facilities, or markets. If further action is taken by the GRHH, an automatic blockade of all GRHH territorial waters shall be enforced without further warning.

Yet again the Ealdorman violates the mobility rights of imperial citizens. How long will the nobles of the Empire let our laws be disrespected?

Pretty rich coming from the person who sent sent this to our traders when we tried to deliver food aid to the hungry inhabitants of the GRHH!
