The people of Acholm are reacting to town criers proclaiming "The Empire cares for the realms no longer. The Council and the House are impotent."

Large crowds have gathered before the Östur demanding the Ealdorman secure the nation's waters and territory against other realms who may take advantage of the perceived Imperial weaknesses.

Many other crowds gather to protest the other crowd's "alternative facts."
