This is to officially pass the standards that will govern the designation of a main line whenever a citizen of Hermertia wants to designate a new or existing line as a "main line".

PART I - NETHER INFRASTRUCTURE

1 Main Nether Line Criteria

1.1 In order for a main line to be designated as such, the following criteria must be met:

(a) It has to pass through two realms or more,
(b) The line must connect to one or more other main line(s),
(c) The line must be horse and person safe,
(d) Single designated colour must only be present for ease of reference,
(e) Lines must be logically organized and easy to follow,
(f) Must contain signage that directs the traveller to Realms / closest main line,
(g) Signage must be posted in a visible location, and
(h) The Minister or Deputy Minister must review the line in order to ensure the criteria is met.

2 Secondary Line Criteria

2.1 All lines that are not deemed a Main Line are considered "Secondary Lines". The following criteria must be adhered to:

(a) Must not contain single colour conventions. Only Main Lines can contain a single colour convention for ease of reference.
