Backstory of your character: At a young age Celestine lived in a nameless town some Pyrencian survivors had set up after escaping the Isle of Shadows, she was a hunter for the settlement and was out gathering food when Danaan soldiers came and burned down the town, none but her and one other, named Panrian, survived. She had heard of a promise land called "Hermertia" where those in need could escape to. The other survivor died a week into the trip. She ended up using him as food. She was at the end of her rope and about to give up and die when she saw land and buildings in the distance. She wept tears of joy at the view and were welcomed into this new land with open arms.

Backstory of your character: arrived in Casad Vokh as a young boy. He said he was brought to Casadia by two knights, but revealed little else about his origins other than that he was a refugee from the west. When he was found, he had in his possession the sword of Antheron, a former Guardian of Casadia who had marched west during the Unraveling to find the strangely absent Altheri. The sword came with a note, whose author (believed to be Antheron) claimed that the boy was the third Immortal Flame. Vikhon quickly earned a reputation as a fierce warriors and a giver of wise counsel. In his twenties, he was sent to the Protectorate to serve as Guardian. He did so until being replaced by Aurennis. Many found curious his seeming lack of aging, evidenced by his youthful visage maintained well into his later years. After being replaced by Aurennis, he is believed to have lived out his days in Concordia.

Backstory of your character: She was born and raised in The land of Pyrencia in the town of Damor. Taken on as a protege by Countess Celestine at a very young age, she strived to learn everything she could before Celestine was suddenly taken from her by some strange sickness. She took over the title of Countess and lived long enough to become a duchess and pass on her title to her daughter, Duchess Celestine, who she named after her loving teacher and mother figure.

Holdings from Character's period as ruler: County of Casad Vokh, County of Teleros

Backstory of your character: Antheron was a member of the original group of Casadians to arrive in Old Hermertia. He served as then Guardian Pylos' most trusted adviser during Casadia's early years. While he and Pylos held each other in high esteem, they were known to clash ideologically with regards to the role of the Casadian colony. Pylos believed that Casadia should remain isolated and develop its strength from within, whereas Antheron believed that Casadia should be open and seek prosperity through international trade and diplomacy. When Pylos was summoned west by the Altheri, Antheron assumed the role of Guardian. Casadia prospered under his leadership, becoming a prominent member of the Slayer's Guild and coming within a few votes of realm status before the events of the Unraveling plunged the Empire into chaos. Antheron was one of the few witnesses of the controversial trial of freelords at the Imperial Project. Feeling betrayed by the Council, Antheron returned to Casadia to prepare for war. Ultimately realizing that civil war would destabilize the Empire, Antheron chose instead to march west with an army of Slayers and Casadians in order to find and reinforce the absent Altheri. Antheron never returned from the west, but his sword was found in the possession of Vikhon more than fifty years later. Many believe that it was Antheron who sent Vikhon back to Casadia, though the exact circumstances of Vikhon's arrival still remain a mystery.

Backstory of your character: Pylos was a member of the original group of Casadians to arrive in Old Hermertia. He was charged with leading the Casadian colonists in their new home. He was a Casadian traditionalist who ensured that the Casadian political and economic system was preserved in the context of the Mercurian Empire. He distrusted outsiders, leading to little diplomacy between Casadia and the rest of the Empire during its early years. He relinquished his role as Guardian when he was summoned to the west by the Altheri. His departure marked the last known contact between the Altheri and the Casadian colony in Hermertia.
