As follows is the letter written by the Count of Arnum, Mark "Gunther" Stefan in the Year of the Emperor 495 to the Guardian of Casadia, Duke Haedren:

I hope to not worry with this package, for it is with good tidings I send this. Enclosed in the crate are several paintings I commissioned a local painter to create of the fair village of Arnum.

Such a beautiful looking place. I intend to travel within the eastern half of the empire soon and I shall have to stop by and soak in Arnum's splendour first hand

Eorl Mark Günther Stefan of Östlaed, former Count of Arnum, recently in YoE 499 visited the village with Duchess Samyrrah Almandine of Dawnstar. Matters of culture and scholarship were discussed at the monastery.
