As a result of the widespread development of Casadia's territory, I have decided to split the Duchy of Torvea into three separate duchies as delineated in the map below.

Seems a reasonable way to divide Casadia. I also wanted to let you know that the council of Avatarti is selling land deeds to farmers south of Avatarati in order to increase our food production.

This is the first one, southview farm, which is located half a kilometer away of Avatarati.

Our engineers have built a road to this region, suitable for farming and livestock breeding. It could also become a future road sorrounding the swamp, and making Casadia even more connected.
