It is with great pleasure that I announce the ascension of Avalon to the rank of Count. Under his leadership, the prosperous towns of Avatarita and Two Rivers have been founded in eastern Torvea. He has also created the Cartographic Society, which has provided invaluable mapmaking services not only to Casadia but to lords and ladies throughout the Empire. A lord could hardly ask for more from a vassal. It has been a pleasure to work with Avalon and to see his progress. I look forward to seeing him continue to prosper as a Count!

Thank my lord Arkelai! words can't express how I feel right now. I do hope to continue prosper with this new rank you have given me. My devotion to Casadia will never end, not even on the grave, which everyday gets closer to me.

The cartographic society, two rivers, and the place I call home, Avatarati are my children, and I'm happy to see them growing up as time passes by.
