By any chance can you give me the seed of the world for admist, I am trying to adjust my borders within the GRHH now as well, so it'd be appreciated.

I have no issue with the expansion but was it approved by the council?

Those have been my borders for a while now. I believe I put in the claim to the eastern taiga a week or so before the old forums went down. I definitely remember talking about it with Chairman and getting Council approval.
