Is there anyone that has a dark forest biome nearby? I have been trying to find some dark oak trees. I'd like to collect enough saplings to start growing quite a few of them.

I know there is one next to koinia, the big cobuild area in dawnstar

Check the map forum and look at the biomes. Roofed forests are your friend.

This is a picture with the biome colours, so look for the correct shade of dark green. Also you can just come to Koinia, as we have a huge Dark oak forest here.

Indeed, theres is a dark oak forest near koinia's wind mill. We also have vast forests at Casadia.
