With the most recent snapshot, PvP has drastically changed! Blocking no longer exists, shields take that niche, spam click PvP is no longer available, and instead there is a charge bar that can be used to create a more powerful hit.

With more changes coming, I thought it'd be a great idea to have a PvP tournament to celebrate the ending of the Dark Age, as well as to get our newer members involved in the community even more. Perhaps we could do this alongside the Ender Dragon fight, and maybe have an 'Event Weekend'?

Let me hear your thoughts below.

Perhaps we could have a Grand Tournament to decide who gets to lead gets to be first into the portal to slay the infamous dragon

I would love to participate in a tournament! I had to leave during the last one prematurely, and it will be fun to use the new stuff!

Thats what it was called! I knew there was something similar in the past but I couldn't find anything upon a really sloppy search.

Imperial Games would be great. Since we can respawn the Ender Dragon perhaps an event could be to slay the dragon (once the big fight goes down of course).

I also like your idea, Varahein.

We should build a Games area in the Imperial City. It would be nice to have an official Imperial Games area like we did in the Old World.

I was actually thinking about building some venues as a large part of a new Duchy area I'm working on. I have long thought about what events to take place and what to do for them.

We have the Skyhold Guild venue for now until someone builds a better area to have mock fights in.

Yeah, I was gonna say, we've still got Kaine, we can have passing through the netherlines as an event all it's own...
