The official charges are as follows:

[Duping] 78 Counts of illegitimately replicating existing Hermertian buildings
[Duping] 57 Counts of illegitimately replicating the buildings of non-Hermertians
[Duping] 2 Counts of illegitimately replicating original prefabricated buildings from outside of Hermertia
[Don't be a Dink: Spirit of Hermertia | Duping] Abuse of Server Plugins (Nether Grass)
[Don't be a Dink: Contempt of the Community] Termination of the server without communicating any notice to the community

We can set a date whenever, but with The Regent's current situation, I don't want to set a date myself and then find out he can not make it. If The Regent would like to give a time frame that works for him, we can try and see what would work best for everyone and we can set the date then.

None of these appear to really be crimes in our criminal code. Duping is though, can you modify the charges to match our criminal code?

Nonetheless, I am prepared to plead guilty to all counts. For the last one however, I do recognize I wanted to no longer pay for or own the server, and asked for a transfer of ownership. Files got lost along the way, but that is due to many technical issues, not due to fault of my own. If this is a 'dink', then fine, I plead guilty to that count as well.

As for the date, thanks. Can I get back to everyone shortly given my transition period? Shouldn't take more than a year (in game time) to confirm.

All of the above sans the dont be a dink charge are variations of duping. Also save any pleas for the actual trial please.

In countless judicial processes, pleas can be submitted early. In fact, I don't think there is a single system that prevents this. I'm sorry if I'm ruffling feathers. Re: the charges language, I just hope to avoid confusion in the future when people see charges levied that do not match actual laws. Perhaps it's worth amending the above to mention all are variations of duping laws, unless this reply of yours is sufficient, in which case, fair enough!

If you want to make an official plea, you can do so to the judicial court in its own thread, but you will not clog up this thread with unofficial statements that hold no merit. We are not debating the charges, you are receiving them. The charges will be modified to show exactly what law they are breaking for your future reference.

Thanks for the above edits. I'm sorry for not knowing this isn't the appropriate place for me to give me plea. I mean no harm. I'm just trying to speed the process up for everyone :) and I have no intention to deny my guilt. Thanks again.

I will not be there for this weekend. Please use the area at Kaltamerri that has been set up for the purpose.
