Is it 50% + 1 or 60% of the votes for a Duke Bill to pass? It is nowhere to be found in the Indoles Carta, that i can see, that states how many votes a Duke Bill requires. It states that Kings need 60% to pass an applicant in, or 50% with the Duke Bill, but how many is required for us ?
