It isn't a law per se, but the point of the House of Dukes forums is to have a Dukes-only discussion forum.

Not a duke, so I deservedly should be piked. But, the mods/admins of the forum can make it locked for posting by user-level Just saying.

True! Something we should look into for sure if we decide to introduce a procedural change.
