For king voting, did people decide on 60% instead of 66% recently? That is the only part that looks like it is different from the old voting laws. Regardless, this has my vote.

I believe no one could remember if it was 50 + 1 or 66 so we discussed level of activity and what would be necessary amongst the 6 or 7 of us on mumble and decided those numbers reflect what would be required for each level for both efficient processes but also maintain the authority structure that we have in place.
