Ladies, Gentlemen of the Imperial Court of Hermertia
Today we have enacted one of the greatest and most sweeping legal changes within the history of the Empire in all of it's 572 years.
Per the changes made and voted upon in this forum: viewtopic.php?f=63&t=1819 ,
Hermertia now is governed by a Higher Council and a Lower Council, which are voted upon every IRL 3 Months.
The voting shall begin once Siden graciously makes the voting thread.
