Two possibilities:

First possibility:
Probably the more "human" way would be to make a little building contests and the winner of this would be aloud to claim the land. The Decision would be made by a neutral third party.

Second possibility:
The more natural variant would be a trial by combat. The gods will proclaim the winner and embrace the loser in death.

My Liege and Lord Kyn are currently working together on a business venture IRL and therefore are very busy. I can proxy vote for Scrios but not Kyn unfortunately.

An interesting method. Usually such disputes are resolved through negotiations, but there have been cases where armed conflict did occur.
