So it's agreed then, we move this forward. Have the formal charges been laid out to Regent? If not this needs to be done soon

will those be laid out at the trial? We're almost complete on the preparation of a suitable area to hold the trial at Kaltamerri, In Dawnstar. So a date to hold this would be fine to set. (before or after I leave, I don't mind! )

Since it has been done for other trials, shouldn't we layout the charges prior? It would be good for the community to know what's going on in my opinion.

It's only right that the charges be presented to be defendant in a homely fashion before the trial. How else will Regent know what to prepare for?

I agree with Septimus, the charges should surely be presented beforehand to allow The Regent to prepare his defense.
