Construction on the walls has largely been completed and the keep is underway. City infrastructure is complete and residential construction permits will be issued in the near future. The first dock has been established and will begin receiving ships next month. --Aren

The building is 25x17 for the full footprint, but it can "hang" over roads that go beside it/in front of it as well. |
