Darius Stark has published the Decree of Laghima stating that the county of Servikal shall be renamed to Serva. Darius Stark proclaims that reason is to honor more Native Mercurian cultures and traditions as well as to better organize the county's new development as well as the upcoming city of Sersa. The change is set to take place immediately.
