In order to combat the aggressive reform that the government of Darius II implemented, the following act was passed by the Laghiman Parliament.

Counter-Reform Act

Section 1

The acts of "MERCURIAN COLONIZATION OF VULCA", "KARU UNIVERSITY EDUCATION REWORK", and the "SUSPENSION OF FULL LEGISLATIVE PRIVILEGES ", shall be repealed.

Section 2

The act of "MINOR ACTS OF 522 A.I." shall be amended to the following language:

In a time of war, Laghima shall raise the official "Banner of War" instead of it's normal banner.

Section 3

The realms in the 'Travel Warnings - 532 A.I.' shall be considered safe to travel in to all citizens.

Section 4

Any invasion of a region by Laghiman forces shall be monitored heavily by Parliament, who shall publish a yearly report detailing all activity that the Guard has accomplished.

Section 5

The days in which the Vulcite Conflict started and ended shall become National Holidays. During both of these days, government offices will be closed and three hours of silence will be held throughout the day.
