Such a grand city should also be home to a grand nether hub. Post ideas and suggestions here. If anyone is particularly determined to oversee the building of the hub, the Empire would be grateful!

To be serious, though, I love the design for the nether portal in Tiberton, so imitating that would be a good direction to go in my opinion.

We have a good style in Perth that can be upscaled to accommodate an enormous room for a Nether Hub. The current one has served its purpose and now should be upgraded.
I'll have a crack at revamping the line on the way down, including some quartz and diorite for that marble feel. I'm tempted to have the floor design similar to the Quartz road that we have from Tiberton into the middle of the city area so far.
