Vassals residing in The Greater Realm of Wychwood may be eligible for promotion to the rank of Viscount/Count if they meet the following guidelines:

  • At least one town consisting of 20 - 25 buildings. Multiple smaller villages with strong over world connections are also acceptable. Each settlement should contain residential buildings (Houses, Tenements), at least 3 feature buildings (Town Hall, Blacksmith, church, schoolhouse, market, etc), a crops farm and be adequately lit or have defenses against hostile mobs. The buildings in each settlement are expected to have a consistent theme and generally feel complete.
  • Where possible, each settlement must be accessible via an over world connection or nether portal. Over world connections can include paths, tunnels, bridges or railways. All connections are expected to be adequateley lit up and easily defined.
  • At least 2/3 lore posts are required in the Wychwood realms sub forum. These posts can be in the form of your character's origin story or current activities, town/county overviews, discoveries, etc.
  • Fill out a character lore sheet in the Ministry of Hermertian History sub forum.
  • Fill in your forum signature and obtain a compatible crest design

These requirements are not exhaustive and promotion to count is entirely at the discretion of the current head of The Wychwood Council.
Any of the above guidelines may be waived if a vassal has otherwise proven themselves to be a valuable member of the Wychwood community and the empire as a whole by other means not listed in this document.
