Tirgan, The Empire has succumbed to a civil war as you may have heard; with the inability to act the Empress is only further painted as an inept ruler. We must capitalize on this now, and launch our revolt against Hasan of Laghima soon. By 545 AI your forces in Sersa must be ready to launch the attack. I will send a final shipment of Anti-Imperial literature and Östron propaganda showing how great life is outside the Empire after I finish writing this letter in order to help you attract any last recruits to the cause.
