What follows is an official announcement to the Imperial Court. Anwealda Mark Stefan of Östlaed, a Duke of the Mercurian Empire, hereby announces the official creation of the royal house of Östlaed under the name "Accynnafon." House Stefan was never formally declared a royal house of the realm, but was declared a noble house by Duke Haedren of Casadia. While this name means much to the Anwealda of Östlaed, the recent ascension to the rank of Duke by Mark Stefan warrants the official declaration of a new House with a name that has deep ties to the land of Östlaed. This name change is to be applied to all members of the former House Stefan with the exception of the late Alfred Stefan and Anwealda Mark Accynnafon's mother, Yona Stefan. Thus, the new official title of the ruler of the realm of Östlaed is as such: Anwealda Mark Günther Accynnafon of Östlaed, Grand Master of the Order of Sanct Creopbaina. |
