Eorl Mark Günther Stefan of Östlaed has established the Farthing (County) of Merscafen, SW of Acholm Farthing. A local Thane (Foxung Scullee) has been assigned the local ruler over this Farthing, based in a village of the same name. Local industry includes fishing, shipbuilding, and reed farming.
