A letter written from Mark Accynnafon II to his brother Lydær who serves as a knight on the front lines of the Östron Civil War Lydær - I understand your concerns for our war effort. It is not looking good, nor does it seem optimistic. Our fleet has largely mutinied, our economy is shambles, our treasury empty, rebels in nearly every Farthing, and our foreign allies have abandoned us - in some cases, going to war with us. If we cannot defeat the Imperial Forces in Acholm, I will seek an alternative method for the Order’s goals. Finally, I wish for you to retreat with your forces to Acholm. We will need the entirety of Merscafen’s militia to deal with the issues here. Your brother, Mark |
