THE BATTLE OF SCITTEEIG Lore: Pyrencian militia from Thysia, seeking to join in on legal killing, accidentally landed in Scitteeig. A battle commenced between the cannibals of Thysia and the degenerates of Scitteeig:   A memorial has been "created" to honor the needless battle.

THE BATTLE OF HALIGSTROM PLAIN  Östlond Forces: Cerdic: 1 Chairman: 1 Knaris: 2 Östlæd Forces: Tiber: 0 Septimus: 0 Sam: 1 Guildenstern: 0 The battle began with the Östronweard cavalry quickly splitting the Halig Frecan cavalry into three groups. Östlæd did not send their best - the Frithengest cavalry - to defend the town. A great storm passed through the area during the battle, causing large sections of the plain held by the Östlæd forces to slow them down. The forces of Östlond then attempted to take the town. THE BATTLE OF HALIGSTROM Östlond Forces: Cerdic: 0 Chairman: 1 Knaris: 0 Östlæd Forces: Tiber: 1 Septimus: 2 Sam: 0 Guildenstern: 1 (himself) The forces of the Östronweard pushed into the hamlet after winning the initial cavalry charge. They were met with fierce arrow barrages from Beorcfeld longbowmen. Heavy Knights from Acholm proved to be fierce fighters against the Östronweard forces from Fuhrwudu Farthing. In the end, the forces of the Halig Frecan held against the attackers and won this battle. |

BATTLE OF SKOVGAARD Date: Sunday, February 19, 2017. Form-up: 1:30 Pacific, 4:30 Eastern Start time: 2 Pacific, 5 Eastern (We will start at this time exactly!) Where: Skovgaard, Lecganford Farthing  Closest Portal: Skovgaard has its own portal - all the way east from Acholm, last left (north of the Ostlond E-W line) Lore: Östlondish forces are battling the weak Halig Frecan forces left in Skovgaard. They are attempting to use the citizens as a human shield. Info: There is no special theme with this battle. We're just duking it out in a large hamlet. Items allowed: * No enchantments or potions * Iron armor, weapons, tools * Bow/arrows * Shields * No cobwebs * No breaking or placing of blocks * No enchanted/golden food Items I am providing: * Shields * Enchanted iron chestplates with useless enchants for one of the teams.(like blast protection or something) BRING YOUR OWN ARMOR AND WEAPONS IF YOU CAN! ARRIVE EARLY OR EVEN THE DAY BEFORE IF YOU CAN! |
