Ealdorman Mark Accynnafon II has issued a Halig Sccipun: The Order of Sanct Creopbaina shall assign a Brother of the Order to oversee all commercial production of ale, mead, wine, whiskey, magical mushrooms, and pipeweed. The Order furthermore shall collect a 5% tax on these items (both local production and imported) that shall be used to fund a further expansion of the Halig Freccan. |
