==========================================================================
Aedifican's Guild

Founded: (Modern Guild as we know it): 345 A.I, Cycle of the Dragon 00-09.

Purpose: The Aedificans Guild exists to assist with construction undertakings, provide design advice, and train its members to become better architects and designers.

Guild Hall Locations

Pyrencia: An ancient, mostly stone site was located in the mountains to the northeast of Edhevrand and was partially renovated into the first known Guild Hall of the Aedificans.

Ostlaed: A guildhall is located near the docks in the city of Alcholm.

Concordia: A guildhall is located in concordia apparently, not that ive ever seen it, when sam shows up he can put here where it actually is:EDIT It's opposite the Merchant's Guildhall on Guildmasters Walk, near the harbour. Tall building with lots of glass.

Ardmorae: Located in the Golden Crescent, a busy area, this was one of the first guildhalls. The local Skyhold Guild has a bridge built by their hands many mercannum ago.

Kaltamerri: One of the more recent guildhalls, this elven inspired building rests on the shores of the busiest port city in Dawnstar.

Ranks & Members

Operatur - The Operatur is the entry level position in the Aedificans. Operaturs are called to work upon projects in exchange for wages payed from the Guild Treasury, as well as to improve their own technique and skill, and to acheive higher rank within the Aedificans
Members

Structor - the Structor is the second level, though skilled builders may find themselves promoted to Structor immediatley upon entry to the guild. A structor works for wages like an Operatur, though they can expect to be paid more, as their are more skilled.

Members

Conditor - The Conditor is the first rank that may be placed in charge of projects, though the vast majority of projects Conditors are assigned to are small, solo projects. In very rare cases, a particularly skilled individual may be promoted to Conditor upon entry to the guild. To become a Conditor, one must demonstrate that they are very skilled builder, and possess a Guild Hall in their own lands

Members
Eorl Lenier, of Ostlaed, 2nd place

Fecit
Fecits have demonstrated their building superiority, and their ability to work with less skilled builders. Fecits may find themselves assigned to multiple individual projects or a mid sized project with several underlings, or placed in charge of sections of large projects

Members

Aedifex
The rank of Aedifex is the first of the "Staff" Ranks, with the ability to negotiate terms of contracts on behalf of the Magni Aedificans. They also find themselves in charge of projects that include multiple members

Members

Aedifican Aedificans are responsible for assigning members to projects, as well as negotiong larger contracts and managing wages.

Members

Magni Aedifican The Magni Aedificans are the Masters of the Guild. Responsible for overseeing massive projects, negotiating with the most important of clients. There are three seats for Magni Aedificans, though, since the inception of the Guild, one has remained vacant. Perhaps it will one day be filled, but who could be worthy of such an honor

Samyrrah Almadine, Duchess of Dawnstar
Kytha, Queen of Pyrencia

Ah weird, I saw you and Sam's names and thought you were listing them all right there. I didn't read it all because I read it all a few weeks ago.
