Fellow Hermertians!

I have recently been touring the Dawnstar settlements, and have visited the co-build area created by the late Duchess Asredai of Reinen and the late Samaia Almandine of Dawnstar, as well as a significant number of overseas nobles assistance.

It has come to my attention that the late Avalon of Casadia had completed his Guild Hall for the Cartographic Society.

I have no doubt that his successor, Count Runil will prove himself to be every bit as capable.

Hail!
It is a great honor to remember one of Lord Avalon's great achievements on the empire. It saddens me that although the infrastructure of the hall was finished by Lord avalon, he couldn't officially open the hall for proper use.

As master cartographer of the cartographic society I will make one of my priorities to finish Avalon's work. There is plenty to do in Casadia right now, but the legacy of such a noble and adventorous man needs to be completed.
