I definitely support people writing lore about the neighboring tribes, towns, what-have-you. It would help make our world feel more alive and "fill in" the pockets between the established realms. |

It's certainly been done successfully before, think Laghima and the Vulcite elves, that was a textbook example of neighbouring areas and differing entities other than Council recognised Realms. I support and encourage this. |
