I, Scrios III, would like to place my name in for this Ministry position. My main tasks for the first term would be to:

- Ensure each and everyone in the nether is working towards making their nether lines safe and complete. This includes creating a rating system to recognize those that put effort into their nether systems (i.e. safe, complete, good appearance, etc.).
- Ensure that we organize at least the main lines with logical colour conventions (it is close but needs a bit more thought).
- Clarify the conditions that need to be met to classify a line as a "main line".
- Ensure that the signage on the main lines is logical and standardized so they are easy to understand and interpret.

These are my main items but the list could grow as the term progresses.

I would like to run for this position for a second term. As this Minister I was able to successfully:

- Clarify the conditions that need to be met to classify a line as a "main line" through the development and passing of the MSCE Standards Manual.
- Start ensuring that we are working towards the main line classification.
- Finished the construction of 3/4 of the blue line and start the construction of the white line. Both connect many different areas together and help outline how the main line conventions (signage, colour scheme, etc) can be implemented.

For my second term I would like to:

- Continue and finish the white line construction.
- Start ensuring that other realms work towards the outlined main line criteria.
- Update the nether map for ease of reference.
- Develop a rating system if there is a necessity for it.

I am sure that there are other items that will be added to this list as far as infrastructure and such goes. I have enjoyed working with the people of Hermertia and look forward to continue, if possible, my role as Minister of Surveyors and Civil Engineers.
