So I have decided to accept my offer to London School of Economics: PhD in Management, after soundly turning down three other offers from across North America. Long story short, I have the best possible supervisor and my thesis is aligned with my current area of professional consulting/research. It's a very lucrative and valuable next step for my personal brand, which is as a global specialist in governance and business management, specifically something called participatory governance. I'd avoid academia with a ten-meter pole, but this is a very practical program and so I am pretty excited about the new chapter ahead.

I'll be a train-ride away from some of you!
