Hail m'lord! Seems a reasonable way to divide Casadia. I also wanted to let you know that the council of Avatarti is selling land deeds to farmers south of Avatarati in order to increase our food production. This is the first one, southview farm, which is located half a kilometer away of Avatarati.  Our engineers have built a road to this region, suitable for farming and livestock breeding. It could also become a future road sorrounding the swamp, and making Casadia even more connected. (Sorry for being inactvie this past few weeks, I will return in these coming days) |

Yes, the unsettled territory is within Casadia's borders. It just has yet to be developed. |
