Venerable Guardian Cerydon of Casadia, Long has the GRHH considered the Casadian people to be their allies and friends, yet in these troubling times, I ask for some reassurance. To Chairman Ulrick Gunnarson, The friendship between our peoples has been long and fruitful. We find the actions of Mark Accynafon II to be troubling as well. He seems to be growing more aggressive with his proclamations by the day. I assure you, should the Ealdorman commit acts of violence towards the GRHH, Casadia will join in the defense of your realm. Pursuant to the security of your realm, I am willing to lend five hundred of the Istrateri to your garrisons at once to ensure your people are kept safe. Should you require any other arms or supplies, our reserves are open to you. Given the sensitivity of the contents of this letter, it is to be delivered by Irzil, a member of my personal guard.
