What place is Sitari? I profess to have never heard it before. And only 59 Casadians there, must be something out of the ordinary, I am curious!

Sitari is a small farming community in northern Östea.

I thought Sitari was part of the neighbouring county/duchy!
Also, if I expand an NPC village like I have for Forstseeädorfv, would it be included in censusæ, or does it only include entirely player made settlements?

If you have significantly expanded and developed an NPC settlement, then it will be counted. I'll come by and check it out to be sure, or you can send me screenshots.

I don't think the village is at that point yet, but I'll let you know when it is!
