Greetings Lords and Ladies, and welcome to the third Advertising Campaign! We have run this effort to seek out new applicants and grow Hermertia twice now, with great results; this time, I'm looking to make our advertising effort even better! What I need from y'all: 1. We will be adding to this album, which I created for our last wave to show off our world. It would be great for you sirs to have a look and see if you think anything is missing, or is new and should be included to show off the best Hermertia has to offer. 2. I want pictures! New pictures! Old Pictures! Finish an awesome build? Take a picture and post it here! Dig up an old picture, from New or Old Hermertia? Post it here! 3. One of the best aspects of our world is our diverse realms; we need more shots that show off the individuality and unique style of the Kingdoms, Duchies, and Counties of Hermertia. If you have created a banner, crest, have a throne room or flag-festooned bridge, post it here! 4. I will once again be trying my hardest to get around r/minecraft's censors, and will be posting more information including rules and timing - but I'm looking for other sites too. Have an idea for a good location to advertise Hermertia and get exposure? Post it here! Thanks all! Let's make this the best advertising campaign ever! |

I strongly suggest you post a picture of our map history on an imgur album with some lore in the description of the images on /r/worldbuilding. That is how I found this server. |

Someone on mumble (the Regent if I recall correctly?) had mentioned an idea for advertising the server on /r/mc, by sort of bypassing their rules. The idea is to pool monetary contributions and pay for an actual advertisement. I like the idea and I recall others seemed responsive as well. Are we looking into this? I want to send you my money! |

I think running an ad on r/minecraft would be a good backup plan in case this next recruitment drive does not work. I still think we can improve the wording/content of our posts to work around the rules, but you never know what mood the mods of r/minecraft will be in when they see our post. If it does not work, I am all for creating and running an ad. |

Good ideas in here. I'm all for contributing to an Advert for the server. What are we doing this time for photos, same as last time with some newer shots? I understand that we're to be super careful to only PM messages about the server, instead of commenting directly. |
