The following is a guide that will translate many Aethen words into Mercurian/common and explain some of the syntax of the language. Regular nouns are often combined with adjectives or other nouns to create a proper noun or word that represents more than just its literal meaning. In these cases, the noun will always come before the adjective and the first letter of each segment of the word will be capitalized. "On" is a transition phrase sometimes used that most closely translates to "of". "On" is used before the second word and is capitalized in place of the following word. Example A: dor + eryn = DorEryn Example B: echui + eth = EchuiOneth The following will be structured as follows... Original Aethen type of word (Direct Translation) {Aethen Connotation} *added note
This list will be periodically updated to include new relevant language. |
