Mexby
The small brew tower at Mexby has been completed, enabling a great increase in wine production and stronger commercial ties to the surrounding regions. Situated south of Yerk, Mexby lies on the great road that runs through Minerva. Historically the area was covered by large lakes making the soil rich in nutrients and a prime region for wine production. Mexby is the main supplier of wine in the Minervan delta contributing to trade along Minerva's great roads.
Grown at a NE orientation, harvested grapes are added to large tanks to condense before being taken to the cellar to mature in Dark Oak barrels. Known for it's strong and fruity flavour, 'Barrawin Red' is the main wine produced in the area.
