With the return of Minerva to an active crown I thought it apt to provide an update to the area around Yerk.

The fertile Peritia Ponds Valley has become a focus for development since the quiet passing of Caesar Kul Grolt led to the construction of a monument there in his honor. The low lying moisture rich soil is a perfect location for a vineyard with the first crop of "Barrawin Red" soon to be harvested. Grown at a North-Eastern orientation and matured in Dark Oak barrels for a decade Barrawin Red is some of the finest wine available in Hermertia.

Bonus: A sneak preview of the great brew tower can been seen in the background.

It really is beautiful! I can't wait to meet the descendents of our old ally and friend in Minerva. I will be doing a run through the entire kingdom, an adventure of sorts, as part of the census process (and as a good way to recap with the land), so I'll be sure to spend lots of time here.

I remember when we built that road! It connected the northern part of this portion of the kingdom with the southern part. For those who haven't done it yet, it's a long but extremely quaint and relaxing road (one of the longer ones), and because it technically connects with the roads to Ikwe, unless something has changed, I assume this is still one of the, if not the longest road (Settlers of Katan victory point!)

This part of the picturesque road is at the northern portion of this road. In fact, I remember explicitly the hill that this windmill was built in. It's amazing to see how it has grown!

Highly anticipating a visit. Wine doesn't grow in the snow! I'm sure I saw a very long time ago that your water fall monument was under construction. Glad to see it completed
