I just want to take a moment and recognise Mark for his contributions to our community, and to extend him a thanks.
From the moment he joined, Mark has exerted a great positive influence in our community - forming connections with players across the Empire and always helping others even as his own builds - first in Casadia and then in the triumph of Ostlaed - progressed at a stirring pace and set a great inspiration for others. Mark is always online and always there to bounce ideas off of, to share concerns with, and just to chat to as we go about building this world of ours. When I found myself with a great deal less playtime at the end of this past summer due to my moving overseas, Mark moved in and without being asked took up a great deal of the slack; he was a major spearhead in getting the advertising push off the ground and continues to facilitate that as well as welcoming new vassals to Hermertia. We certainly wouldn't have been anywhere near as successful without him. Mark is also one of the few people who will listen to me babble incoherently about proposed legislation and legal precedents all day.
