| Post subject: | Continuously Lit Furnace Blocks Being Spawned In? |
Hi all, Out of the blue today, I've heard through the grapevine that a practice has begun of spawning in continuously lit furnace blocks (i.e. Furnaces that show the lit animation without requiring fuel) for decoration purposes. Can anyone confirm these rumours? If they are true, then I should think this is a fairly plain breach of our survival ethos and laws concerning spawning in of goods? Certainly no legislation has been tabled concerning this practice. Thanks all, Nick |

I haven't recieved any of these but i do want some. I was informed that they were items available from creative mode but not survival. Siden informed me that if i were to give him the equivalent number of regular furnaces to prove I had the resources for that many furnaces, he would dispose of these and give the always-lit furnace item. This hasn't happened yet but it seemed fairly straight forward. it's part of vanilla minecraft, it's not used through additional mods, it adds to our world in a positive way and isn't intruding or giving an advantage. We give villager eggs, you can get villagers through other means in game, there are no means to get an always lit furnace for decoration. I'll be happy to write up something legal if the community feels as though something of this nature requires it. |
