Minerva pleas guilty to all counts mentioned here:

viewtopic.php?f=25&t=1048

Except, for clarity, it's worth noting, as mentioned before, the grass was from world edit, same tool as the duping, NOT from some special plugin. I'm not sure how investigator assumed it was a plugin, but I assume whether that charge is a don't be a dink act breach or duping breach is all the same, and therefore procedural don't mind either charges. Just thought to clarify.

I did, however, mention it can be removed with a plugin that deletes all 'same blocks' that touch each other. About 15% of the grass is legit, but losing that is a worthy cause. All the flat grass was added somewhat deliberately, somewhat accidentally, while the grass on uneven hills were all hand placed. The accident was that world edit uses control for camera controls, WSAD for motion controls, and yet control plus S saves. I placed it to see what it would look like, then accidentally save (which was while fixing Tyrion damages). I fully and wilfully said, 'fuck it, I'll keep it' and that's why my plea is 'guilty'. Just thought to clarify. Not sure if prosecutors and investigators find this useful.

Save it for the trial. Things like this are what you should provide as your defense, and it will be up to the jury to decide!

By plea i was referring to having the charges dropped or not... Save appealing for the actual trial. We are not going to have the trial on the forums. We will have it in game, with proper order and procedures. Dont try to appeal your case again.

We should set a date for this.

I wish we could do it tomorrow, as I have no commitments. But this accommodation unfortunately does not have wifi of its own. I will be moving in to a new space on Sunday, and I should be able to ensure Internet is up and ready when I get there apparently, so maybe Sunday evening? Else, we will figure it out and I suspect we can get this rolling within the week.
