In the Year of our Emperor 508, Emperor Myron became the first elected Emperor of the Mercurian Empire. It is only fitting at this time of great maritime travel, improved production via the Mending magic that we formally choose imperial colors. I have seen various people say what our Imperial colors are, however, there is nothing official put in place. Also, the Imperial colors that have been mentioned (purple and white or black and white) have been used inconsistently or are associated with specific realms. What is the Imperial Court's opinion on the official colors of the Empire? Which colors would you like to see? |

i think that it should be black and white, representing the full spectrum of color and the diversity of our empire |

I was always a fan of black and white. The colors are very neutral towards any land and i still feel like they hold a regality to them. |

I tend to concur with the thoughts voiced here. One point of query: I would assume that the Imperial Colors would also serve as the official colors of the Imperial Court? They would thus be the colors displayed at trials, for example. |
