In a move that has been a long time coming, I have directed the Wysterian Assembly to officially promote Sir Squire of Wysteria to the noble rank of Count. Squire came into Hermertia in his youth, and has spent many a decade dedicating his services to the great realm of Wysteria. His chief accomplishment and the subject of much of his energy has been the establishment of the bustling desert town of Vryth, Wysteria's first desert settlement that will surely become an example for new builders in the future and will take its place as the administrative center of the newly amalgamated county of the same name. A selection of Squire's other accomplishments includes directing much collaboration with others in Wysteria; teams from Vryth have provided teh initiative for the excavation of the Gallen slime farm, a mining center near Vryth, and an ongoing desert resort center made possible through collaboration with good sir Chronnis. Effective immediately upon this announcement being made, Squire has attained the noble rank of Count and is entitled to all rights and privileges this rank entails. Wysteria looks forward to the continuation of a great relationship and the formalisation of a promotion well deserved. |
