I, Master Mark "Gunther" Stefan of the Order of Sanct Creopbaina, Lord of the Östron, and Count of Arnum in the Grand Duchy of Casadia, have taken it into my responsibility to lead the Östron in the founding of an independent realm with the Mercurian Empire. With a newly appointed noble title, and the rights that go with it, I wish to exercise those rights in the founding of said realm.

Long have the Östron resided in the other realms of the empire, and just as long they have they resided on the eastern side of the Imperial sea. Realmless and unprotected against the monsters of this world, the Knights of the Order of Sanct Creopbaina will protect the current and future residents of Östlaed.

With this letter to the Council of the Crowned, I hereby officially request the creation of a new realm within the empire. Included in this letter are two maps of the proposed realm.

I for one support this completely. Since Mark has joined our fine world, he has become a part of the community very quickly and even engages everyone on mumble. His builds are also very well constructed and thought out. We can all benefit from seeing what he can do with his own realm.

If his liege supports this, and the future neighbors don't mine, I don't see why this would be a problem.

Pyrencia supports this request as well, Mark and his people have become a part of this community and as long as no one contests this move i believe it is acceptable.

I support this move as well. Mark has integrated incredibly well into our community and has become one of the more productive members recently. Can't wait to see what comes of the new county!

The Östrons have my blessing for this endeavor. It has been a pleasure to see them grow as a people within Casadia. I look forward to seeing them found a great realm of their own!
