To the good people of Dawnstar, I'm overjoyed to hear this news! It is only fitting that you folks get your own independent lands after so many years of diligent contributions to the empire. It appears as though you already have many offers of assistance from many citizens around the empire, but if you should ever need more, just know that the Ertian people are always here to help.
