The council of Fichina headed by Lord Atryl Rua would like to put the Realm of DorEryn up for consideration as a Duchy under the Council of the Crowned.

We are more than willing to offer home and hospitality to anyone who wishes to take the journey up to Fichina and tour the lands to see the changes themselves before voting.

We eagerly await a response as we continue to further our nation in the North.

This is a long awaited and much celebrated transition from humble Count to a mighty Duke of the Empire.

Finchina has long been the jewel of the far North, with its incredible architecture, stunning geography and the Tree. The vast Tree that has sheltered your people so well for so long.

I would encourage the Kings to take a visit up North as soon as possible, DorEryn is truly magnificent in scale, ambition and awe factor. The times that I have visited have not once been without unashamed wonder and admiration.

We would do well to visit and experience this place. Atryl Rua's contribution to the community, and to the Empire have been significant, from the huge addition to Concordia, to taking on the burden of the Empire in our dire time of need.

I am unsure if Dukes have any say in the Ascension of a Count to Dukeship, but you have my vote, absolutely.

Technically Sam you can vote yes, duke bill as per usual. The way it used to be was that you'd need unanimous king votes for any ascension outside of a realm but with that new voting law passed we can create a bill to support them

• Within borders - up to King or highest ranking liege lord. Can only promote to a rank lower than the liege lords rank.
• Independent - 60% of the Council of the Crowned
